I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities in the room, such as the AC, fan, and TV, were in good working condition. Additionally, the hotel was located near plenty of restaurants and had areas to relax outside the rooms.

As a couple, we enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The key location, near many restaurants, was a plus. The staff was very welcoming, making us feel at home, and providing us with room service, which was convenient in the mornings when we wanted to enjoy breakfast in bed. we loved the comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

We were disappointed to find that the complementary soap, shampoo, and towels were not replenished during our stay. , the plastic kettle that was provided to us to heat up water tasted like plastic, which was not the healthiest option.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby. the room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a choice of TV channels, a small fridge, and complimentary bottles of water. the bathroom has a good supply of hot water and room service is available. the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing options for workspaces and areas to relax.

Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as housekeeping, where the towels, soap, and shampoo were not refilled during some guests' stays. some guests reported having difficulties with the elevator and drivers charging an exorbitant amount for taxis.
